This track is an optional width track that is slightly wider than an OEM 180mm track option but slightly narrower than the original 250mm version. This is the situation with the Ditch Witch® HT25, JT1200, JT5, JT520, SK 500 and SK 650. This track is 200mm wide as opposed to the 180mm wide narrow version and 230mm wide option.
This track is just less than eight inches (200 mm) wide and is optional between the standard narrow and wide options that are normally at 180 and 250 mm wide respectively. This is an option for those looking for something between the two widths to save money in the long run. If you run a ten-inch wide track on your tool carrier and it has thirty-nine steel embedded drive links, then this track is a commonly interchangeable option to make your machine slightly more narrow overall if you are experiencing challenges with small entry areas or if your trailer has limited space.
