Sprocket Hardness

Smaller sprockets for mini track loaders and mini excavators are hardened in a one step procedure via electrical induction. This increases the depth of the hardness through the teeth while preventing breakage. Our aftermarket sprockets are hardened within millimeters of the original OEM sprocket which provides a great value for our customers overall.

We can also supply you with the rubber track you need for your IHI 25, 27 or 35 series mini excavator.

This sprocket also fits some IHI 28J models. You must verify your inside diameter measurement and whether you have an offset or not. This sprocket has an 8 inch inside diameter with a 1/2 inch offset. It is possible that you need part number 423456300 if your inside diameter is 7 3/8 inches without an offset.

Sprockets and rubber tracks are designed to wear together and Rubbertrax always suggest you consider changing sprockets and tracks at the same time to maximize the lifespan and get the best value out of your undercarriage investment.
