Rubber Track for Takeuchi TL150, TL250, TL12

The Takeuchi TL150, TL250, and TL12 all require the original Takeuchi-style outside guide rubber track design. All three of these models use the same track size interchangeably. This is the optional staggered block tread pattern aftermarket replacement rubber track for Takeuchi, Gehl, and Mustang track loaders. The tread pattern shown is the most popular tread pattern we sell. This is our staggered block tread pattern for maximum floatation in general-use applications. The track is eighteen inches wide with fifty metal links designed to replace the original Bridgestone number: 19140-99300F. There are no optional sizes or widths on these Takeuchi models. These models specifically require this track size with the specialized Takeuchi-type outside-guide roller system. Your undercarriage parts travel on the outside part of the track guiding system where the steel guide system can be seen. This guide system is unique to the Takeuchi track loaders.

Takeuchi TL250 Rubber Track Guide System

As you can see in the image the Takeuchi track rollers travel along the outside of the guiding system where the track supports the roller with a forged steel guide piece. This results in a heavy-duty track system that can't be cut or worn by rocks and debris from the job site. This is currently the only manufacturer that relies on this heavy-duty steel outside guide system in the construction industry.

This track comes with a standard warranty against manufacturer defects. If sprockets are purchased and installed together with the tracks, you will maximize the lifespan of the rubber tracks. Always consider changing your sprockets and any worn undercarriage parts when you change your tracks. Rubber tracks and sprockets are designed to wear together and changing sprockets at any other time would reduce the lifespan of both the track and the sprocket. Other worn parts can affect the tensioning of the track and can cause de-tracking and other wear issues.

Tread Patterns Commonly Available

	The off-set block tread pattern is the most general-purpose tread pattern for widespread job site applications. Adequate traction with maximum floatation helps prevent damage to sensitive areas while still providing enough traction for typical job sites.
	The off-set C tread pattern is common among original equipment manufacturers because it gives significant forward traction and grip as well as extra traction provided by the C-shaped pads when operating across a slope, even though that is not a suggested practice.
