These smaller pads only require two bolts per pad to be installed through the pre-drilled holes in your steel track grouser. If you do not have pre-drilled installation holes in your steel tracks, you may want to consider a clip-on rubber pad or give us a call for your best options. These pads are designed to fit steel tracks with pre-drilled holes in the grouser for the following models:

Bolt-On Rubber Pad Advantages

The bolt-style traditional rubber pad is designed for long-term projects as opposed to a quick change from a variety of job site terrain. If you need rubber pads for a long-lasting project then it is worth the extra time to use the bolt-style traditional rubber pad. These pads are full-width so the steel grouser does not extend beyond the protection of the rubber pad. This helps protect against curb damage. The standard rubber pad is the most secure protection for a triple grouser.

These are the industry standard type bolt-on rubber pads that attach to your steel grouser through the existing pre-drilled bolt holes. There are two bolt holes, one on each side of the grouser. Rubber pads include 10.9 grade M12x1.75 nuts and M12 washers required for installation on the steel grousers. Verify your manufacturer's suggested torque settings for up to 60 foot-pounds.
