172637-29110-1 C25R Sprockets

This is the replacement sprocket 172637-29110-1 for the following Yanmar carrier models:

  • Yanmar C25R

Sprockets should be changed at the same time you change rubber tracks. If you install new sprockets on used rubber tracks you may cause a premature failure since the alignment of the drive teeth and the track links will not line up properly. The track will end up sliding up and down the drive tooth as opposed to gently applying the proper torque to rotate the track. We always suggest installing rubber tracks and sprockets at the same time to extend the lifespan of both parts.

There is one drive sprocket per side on your Yanmar C25R series carrier.

Yanmar Sprockets

Smaller sprockets for Yanmar mini excavators are hardened in a one-step procedure via electrical induction. This increases the depth of the hardness through the teeth while preventing breakage. Our aftermarket sprockets are hardened within millimeters of the original OEM sprocket which provides great value for our customers overall. We recommend installing by hand to your manufacturer's suggested torque specifics.
