These are the twenty-eight-inch wide (700 mm) rubber pads that attach with two bolts from the side of the track for easy installation access. Replacement pads are priced individually. The image shows you how the two bolts install easily from the side of the steel grouser. The clip slides on the grouser from the outside and you secure both bolts for a perfect fit and reliable installation when your excavator is called into action on the street or finished surface. The clip-on rubber pads are designed for quick installation and removal, typically for temporary job sites that require protection so your steel tracks do not damage the surface. If you are looking for a more permanent installation, we also have bolt-on and roadliner-type hybrid rubber pads for most makes and models.
Clip-On Rubber Pads are most commonly used when the existing triple grousers do not have pre-drilled bolt holes to mount the bolt-in pads. This option is straightforward to take on and off. To install, simply unbolt one side of the pad, slide onto the triple grouser shoe, and bolt the clasp back onto the rubber pad.
