John Deere 60 Series Sprocket Specs

This is the aftermarket sprocket for the John Deere 60D and 60G series mini excavators. This sprocket comes with twelve mounting bolt holes and nineteen drive teeth. Depending on your setup, all twelve bolt holes may not be utilized. We always suggest changing your sprockets at the same time as you are changing your tracks for even wear and to prevent accelerated drive link wear on your rubber tracks. We have the tracks and other undercarriage parts now available for the John Deere 60G and 60D series mini excavators.

Heat Treated Sprockets

Smaller sprockets for John Deere mini excavators are hardened in a one-step procedure via electrical induction. This increases the depth of the hardness through the teeth while preventing breakage. Our aftermarket sprockets are hardened within millimeters of the original OEM sprocket which provides great value for our customers overall. We recommend installing the sprocket by hand to your manufacturer's suggested torque specifics.
