Clip-On Rubber Pad Advantages

The Clip-On style rubber pad is designed for short-term projects when installation time is more of a priority. If you need rubber pads for a long-lasting project then it is worth the extra time to use the four-bolt style traditional rubber pad. The Clip-On style pad has easily accessible bolts from the side, but these can be susceptible to damage via curbs, so consider your job site prior to deciding which rubber pad design is best for your excavator.

Clip-On Rubber Pads are the most common option, especially if the triple-grouser steel pads do not have pre-drilled bolt holes. This option is very easy to take on and off. To install, simply unbolt one side of the pad, slide onto the triple grouser shoe, and bolt the clasp back onto the rubber pad. When you order online, we include the M16 bolts and washers required for installation.
