The Cat 279D and 289D come with a few track size options. This track is the eighteen inch wide (450 mm) option with fifty-six metal links down the center of the track. Cat used this track size as an optional size and width on many models. This track is an option for the models listed below but you must verify your exact size as far as track width and number of steel drive links down the center of the track:
The Cat 279D also has a more narrow sixteen inch wide option. The easiest thing to do is measure the width and count the steel bars down the center of your track and give us a call at 1-800-719-4160. Many manufactuers use this track size for their compact track loader so please see our main listing for tread pattern and width options for the 450x86x56 size track.
