Morooka MST800 crawler carriers require a heavy duty tension idler at the rear of the undercarriage. The rubber tracks on the MST800 series are very heavy so the long undercarriage combined with the extensive weight of the track require the idler to maintain tension and carry the weight of the track at the rear of the machine. The 1-15330-0010 idler also fits the MST-1000 series. The diameter of the wheel is almost seventeen and a half inches when the idler is new so you can compare the wear on your existing idler to determine how much of the diameter is worn. The width of the wheel itself is over two inches at the point where it sits inside the guiding system of the rubber track. The installation nuts are included with this idler assembly. We have the sprockets, bottom rollers, and top rollers in stock along with these tension idlers.
