Takeuchi TL10 Rubber Track Guide System

Takeuchi Track Guide System

As you can see in the image the Takeuchi TL-10, TL-140, TL-240 track loader rollers travel along the outside of the guiding system where the track supports the roller with a forged steel guide piece. This results in a heavy-duty track system that cannot be cut or worn by rocks and debris from the job site. This is currently the only manufacturer that relies on this heavy-duty steel outside guide system in the construction industry. A majority of compact track loader track guiding systems have rubber on the outside guide, which is susceptible to cuts and premature wear.

Other tread patterns may be available for your Takeuchi TL10, TL240, and TL140 track loader and all of our tread pattern options have this rugged steel outside guide system. See the alternate options at the bottom of our page or please call if you have specific needs.

Save money buying replacement maintenance parts and tracks online at Rubbertrax. When your rubber track is broken you can rely on us to have it in stock and ready to ship same-day to get you back up and running.

Takeuchi Tracks for Sale

Our Takeuchi skid steer track loader rubber tracks are made with helically wound continuous steel cords that are coated for protection against rust. These rubber tracks are designed for reliable service in rigorous conditions. We use non-recycled rubber in our most technologically advanced factory that strives to bring continuous improvements to our quality products. Our cut-resistant edges and premium heavy-duty guide systems deliver the absolute best quality rubber tracks in the aftermarket. While we do not claim to have the cheapest rubber tracks, we strive for the best overall service and value.

This track comes with a standard warranty against manufacturer defects. If sprockets are purchased and installed together with the tracks, you will maximize the lifespan of your rubber tracks. Always consider changing your sprockets and any worn undercarriage parts when you change your tracks. Rubber tracks and sprockets are designed to wear together and changing sprockets at any other time would reduce the lifespan of both the track and the sprocket. Other worn parts can affect the tensioning of the track and can cause de-tracking and other wear issues.

Takeuchi TL10 Tread Patterns Commonly Available

Staggered Block Tread Pattern

The off-set block tread pattern is the most general purpose tread pattern for widespread job site applications. Adequate traction with maximum floatation helps prevent damage to sensitive areas while still providing enough traction for typical job sites.

Offset C Pad Tread Pattern

The off-set C tread pattern is common among original equipment manufactures because it gives significant forward traction and grip as well as extra traction provided by the C shaped pads when operating across a slope, even though that is not suggested practice.
