06914-00032 TL12v2 Idler Assembly
This is the aftermarket replacement tension idler that is specific to the Takeuchi TL12v2 compact track loaders after serial number break 412000579. The regular TL12 series and the early serial breaks for the TL12v2 have a different idler. They look identical but the mounting blocks are spaced out in a different mounting patterns.
This is the larger roller located at the front of the undercarriage that is designed to tension and tightens the rubber track. This is the roller that expands as you grease the tensioner to tighten the track. This idler comes fully assembled with the bearing and mounting arms as seen in the picture. This is a single flange idler that fits perfectly inside the track guiding system.
Due to the weight of this idler it must ship via freight truck on a pallet. Do not choose the FedEx Ground option or it will delay your order.
