12.5-Inch 320x86x56 Track Size

This is the aftermarket replacement rubber track for JCB compact rubber track loaders. The tread pattern shown is the staggered block tread pattern for maximum floatation in general-use applications but other tread patterns are available so please confirm when placing the order if tread pattern must be specific. The track is twelve and a half inches (320 mm) wide, but wider options are also available. This rubber track is guaranteed to fit the JCB Robot 225T and is a narrow option for other JCB compact rubber track skid steer loaders.

This track is a replacement track in the 12.5-inch wide version for the following machines:

  • JCB 225T
  • JCB 260T
  • Komatsu CK 30
  • Komatsu CK 30-1
  • Sunward SWTL 4538
  • Caterpillar 236 (Equipped with the VTS Track System)
  • Also an optional size on the Cat 242 and 246 with VTS

This track comes with a standard warranty against manufacturer defects. If sprockets are purchased and installed together with the tracks, we will extend the warranty an additional 6 months! *See our warranty for further details. Always consider changing your sprockets and any worn undercarriage parts when you change your tracks. Rubber tracks and sprockets are designed to wear together and changing sprockets at any other time would reduce the lifespan of both the track and the sprocket. Other worn parts can affect the tensioning of the track and can cause de-tracking and other wear issues.

Tread Patterns Commonly Available

Staggered Block Tread Pattern

The off-set block tread pattern is the most general-purpose tread pattern for widespread job site applications. Adequate traction with maximum floatation helps prevent damage to sensitive areas while still providing enough traction for typical job sites.

Zig Zag Tread Pattern

This tread pattern allows for maximum traction in a wide variety of applications including mud, snow, and slopes. The additional tread depth gives you more forward traction with just enough jagged zig-zag edges to provide traction on a sliding slope.
