This is the optional size for the staggered block tread pattern aftermarket replacement rubber track for Caterpillar® compact track loaders. The tread pattern shown is the most common, but other tread pattern options are available. This is our staggered block tread pattern for maximum floatation in general-use applications. The track is sixteen inches wide with SIXTY metal links down the center of the track. This is the most common size for the specified Caterpillar below and also fits most D3 series models. There is an optional FIFTY-SIX link track so please check the number of metal links on your track before ordering. We also stock the eighteen-inch version under part number CAT-0507 (56 links) or RTC00512 (60 links).

You must verify the width of track and the number of links before ordering. If your track is sixteen inches wide with sixty drive links, this is the correct track for your specific machine. If your track is sixteen inches wide with fifty-six links you need the 400x86x56 size.

Reliable Track Quality

Our rubber tracks are made with helically wound continuous steel cords that are coated for protection against rust that are designed for reliable service in rigorous conditions. We use non-recycled rubber in our most technologically advanced factory that strives to bring continuous improvements to our quality products.

This track comes with a standard warranty against manufacturer defects. If sprockets are purchased and installed together with the tracks it will extend the lifespan of your tracks.

Always consider changing your sprockets and any worn undercarriage parts when you change your tracks. Rubber tracks and sprockets are designed to wear together and changing sprockets at any other time would reduce the lifespan of both the track and the sprocket. Other worn parts can affect the tensioning of the track and can cause de-tracking and other wear issues.

Tread Patterns Commonly Available

Staggered Block Tread Pattern

The off-set block tread pattern is the most general purpose tread pattern for wide spread job site applications. Adequate traction with maximum floatation helps prevent damage to sensitive areas while still providing enough traction for typical job sites.

Zig Zag Tread Pattern

This tread pattern allows for maximum traction in a wide variety of applications including mud, snow, and slopes. The additional tread depth gives you more forward traction with just enough jagged zig zag edges to provide traction on a slide slope.
